PINK ENERGY MEDITATION

 

Meditation is the art of detoxifying trauma and relaxing with a touch of inner peace. Being focused, light, bold and upbeat are the core of meditation that one can exert anywhere and anytime. Nothing is new in it, right?

But what if one says, meditation is a ground to heal relationships. I know it sounds uphill, but it's true. From thousand of years, PINK HEALING TECHNIQUE is used to restore your pretty bondings.

This meditation is of pink color aura, which is associated with the heart chakra basically, this pink color stands for calmness, kindness, care, and affection. That's why this mediation is called pink energy mediation as it invokes the pink aura of the heart chakra.

Now the question arises of how it works. Firstly find a comfy corner for you so no one can disturb you for a few mins. Sit there in a meditative form, close your eyes take some deep breaths, and just relax. Burn out all negative thoughts and create, what you want to become reality.

Call pink energy three times (pink energy please come) before reaching into a deep meditative state. Try to visualize pink light, pink bubble, pink rays, or anything which is in a pink-colored aura. Feel that pink light is entering into your heart chakra, now imagine what you actually want and create a pink-colored ball or bubble and throw it towards your partner. Feel that your partner is covered inside this pink aura and this pink bubble is touching his/her heart chakra. And everything between you and your partner is getting resolved. Confess everything while creating this pink aura. And feel that now everything is perfectly fine, all the issues have got resolved and there is only love and love between us. Continue this exercise for about 5to7 mins daily. And lastly, come out from this meditation with some deep breaths and thank the pink aura for supporting you.

You can use this technique for healing any of your wounded relationships either with your partner, friend, parents, or with anyone which you want to actually heal, but nothing is working. 

The pink energy technique is a very powerful technique of spirituality do it with full faith and enjoy the healing.
